What We Do:
We are an exclusive home savings program designed to save you thousands on both your home sale, and home purchase. It is free to register, and our way of saying thank you.
Once registered, you will be connected with a partner agent. All our agents are vetted and must strict requirements ensuring you receive excellent service.
Real estate agents who want to give back to the heroes who serve our country and communities sign up to be a part of the program.
We have pre-negotiated with these agents to offer you the largest home savings program of it’s kind. For every $100,000 in sale price, you will receive $1,000 in the form of a commission rebate (buyers) or commission discount (sellers).
How It Works
When purchasing a home you incur closing costs from your lender. Often between 2%-5% of the loan amount.
Thats $8,750 in closing costs on a $350,000 home
Your agent through the Honor Advantage programs will pay $3,000 of the total $8,750 out of their own commission.
This lowers your closing costs down to $5,750! Saving you $3,000
* If your lender will not allow the agent to cover your closing costs with the commission rebate, then the agent will reduce their commission by the $3,000 and then negotiate a sale price $3,000 lower, passing on those savings to you.
Selling a home is a bit more simple!
Your agent will charge their normal commission percentage, and then upon execution of a purchase agreement, your listing agent will reduce his/her commission by the required amount ($1,000 for every $100,000 in sale price)
Example:
Home is listed and sold for $300,000.
6% commission of $18,000 - Honor Advantage of $3,000= $15,000 commission payout
$3,000 in savings going in your pocket!
The Honor Advantage can be applied to both your purchase and sale- saving the average person around $5,000-$7,000 by working with a participating agent.
